Summary

Join Keyrock's Legal team as an experienced Legal Assistant, reporting to the General Counsel. You will provide crucial legal support across various departments, contributing to business growth. Requirements

  • Around 5 years of in-house or private practice law firm, with exposure to financial services and/or digital assets
  • A strong interest in the financial services industry
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment and to tolerate change and ambiguity
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under challenging circumstances
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills and ability to work both in teams and independently
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, with effective resolution of conflicting priorities, and willingness to use innovative solutions to scale your legal advice
  • Fantastic organisation skills
  • Self-starter and a team player

Responsibilities

  • Proactively support our Legal team and other departments on legal matters - draft, process, and/or review legal and other documents and maintain your legal framework knowledge
  • Ensure compliance by reviewing and contributing to business materials
  • Support the Legal team in developing solutions that enable clients to achieve business objectives
  • Act as the primary legal contact for business units where needed, and participate in meetings with Lawyers, business leaders, and outside counsel
  • Prepare presentations and provide status updates to clients on issues under the direction of our in house Lawyers
  • Self-manage and prioritise your work tasks and projects, maintain company tools, resources, databases, and processes in order to improve efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with CLM systems (including Juro, docusign and Ironclad etc.)
