Legal Intern, Internship - Singapore

Summary

As a Legal Intern at Love, Bonito, you will work closely with the Legal Counsel to review, draft, and negotiate legal documents, support various legal projects, provide research support, and manage administrative tasks. The role is ideal for someone who can multitask, learn quickly, has a genuine interest in retail or e-commerce, strong project management skills, excellent written and oral communication skills in English, good people skills, and excellent organization and time-management skills. The internship requires a diploma/degree in Law, fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and the candidate should be able to commit for a minimum of 3 months (6 - 8 months would be ideal). Other requirements include being able to start in August 2023, familiarity with Singapore law and regulations, and being a Singaporean or Malaysian citizen/permanent resident. Responsibilities

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal and regulatory documents and agreements
• Supporting legal projects and initiatives including those relating to data protection, intellectual property, sustainability and compliance across all LB markets (Singapore/ Hong Kong/ Malaysia/ USA / Philippines)
• Providing research support on relevant legal issues
• Providing administrative support to the legal team including contract and document management
• Maintaining the legal repository
