Requirements

  • 1 + years experience using sales techniques within a media or entertainment company
  • Demonstrated track record in working towards and exceeding sales goals
  • Innovative mindset that drives results and creative, outside-of-the-box solutions by leveraging data insights
  • An understanding of the media and creative industries and a mindset that recognizes the demands of these industries and an understanding of their creative processes and output
  • Demonstrated success partnering with sales operations, legal, marketing and other business departments to increase sales velocity and close deals efficiently
  • Knowledge of cold-calling/email, cross-selling and up-selling techniques

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with business leaders to understand their unique company challenges and provide tailored and innovative solutions
  • Drive high conversion rates from inbound and outbound leads by understanding customer content needs
  • Identify high-potential entertainment companies and develop relationships with key decision makers through cold outreach
  • Coordinate the involvement of key internal departments to drive agreements to closure and secure renewals
  • Closely collaborate with the Account Management team in their support of our sales processes

Preferred Qualifications

Licensing sales experience a plus (this is a junior sales position)
