Summary
Join Color Health's Engagement Marketing team as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager and lead the planning, execution, and optimization of B2B2C digital marketing campaigns. You will leverage Braze to drive user enrollment and engagement, working closely with product and customer success teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and experience with user segmentation and personalization. You will craft compelling campaigns across multiple channels, including email, webinars, and in-product outreach. Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience using Braze
- Proficiency in email design and campaign set-up in Braze
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools to measure and optimize performance
- Experience crafting and executing digital and multichannel strategies to drive engagement, including webinars, in-product outreach, text and email
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective campaign execution and drive tool optimizations
- Experience with user segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into actionable campaigns
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, translating to the ability to write concise and creative copy for a variety of campaigns
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of enrollment and engagement campaigns through Braze
- Ensure campaigns are data-driven, visually compelling, and customer-focused
- Work with product and customer success teams to maximize enrollment and engagement in Colorβs program
- Deeply understand user behaviors, segment them based on effective nudge strategies, and ideate and execute campaigns
- Grow the end-to-end communication strategy with end-users

- Healthcare B2B2C healthcare marketing experience
- Experience using behavioral health and nudge theory to drive user engagement
- Experience working on in-product notifications
- Experience working with Metabase, Google Suite
