Responsibilities
- Create, manage and optimize multi-channel B2B lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, webinar, in-app messaging) to increase customer engagement, satisfaction, product awareness, and revenue
- Develop and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the B2B customer journey
- Measure, analyze and report on campaign performance to optimize results and adjust campaign strategies as needed going forward
- Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve B2B campaign performance and customer experience
