Summary

The job is for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at PerformYard, a fast-growing SaaS company. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to increase engagement, revenue, and customer retention. This is a 100% remote position.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing/email marketing
  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Deep knowledge of the email landscape and best practices (deliverability, privacy laws) and growth marketing concepts (attribution, incrementality)
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, or Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Extensive experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS

Responsibilities

  • Own ideation, strategy, and execution of lead and customer lifecycle campaigns to generate sales pipeline and increase customer retention
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns, product marketing campaigns, triggered messages, and nurture campaigns
  • Design and implement experimentation plans to continuously optimize and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Drive growth across key metrics (SQLs, Demos, Pipeline, Revenue) - measure success, optimize against targets, and report on performance on a regular cadence
  • Analyze trends, develop actionable insights, and socialize relevant learnings across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
