Summary

The position requires a results-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and experience in customer lifecycle management. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or related roles
  • Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns and improving customer retention metrics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Salesforce, Braze)
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Looker, Excel)
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A problem-solver who thrives on challenges and is driven by results

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels to drive lead qualification, customer retention, and LTV growth
  • Design and manage customer lifecycle journeys to deliver personalized experiences that meet homeowners’ needs at every stage
  • Develop, execute, and optimize a customer referral program to encourage homeowners to refer Tetra to friends and family, increasing customer acquisition through word-of-mouth
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, conversion rates, retention rates) and continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns for better results
  • Leverage customer data to develop segmentation strategies, predictive models, and actionable insights that inform lifecycle and CRM strategies
  • Partner with product, sales, and design to align campaigns with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive customer experience
  • Utilize CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Salesforce) to measure performance, create and execute email, sms and push communications, and manage campaigns effectively
  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points, turning insights into impactful marketing strategies
