Join Ten Lifestyle Group, an award-winning travel company, as a Lifestyle Manager specializing in luxury travel arrangements. This hybrid or fully remote position caters to high-net-worth individuals, requiring fluency in English and Arabic. Responsibilities include designing bespoke travel itineraries, making reservations, and actively cross-selling lifestyle services. The ideal candidate possesses several years of experience in the travel industry, GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus), and a passion for luxury travel. Requirements

• Only candidates who currently resides and have the correct visa rights to live and work in UK will be considered
• Fluency in English and native Arabic is required. Excellent written & oral communication is a MUST
• Have completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism
• Have several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency
• Have GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
• Are service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values
• Have strong communication skills

• Are available on a full-time basis (40hrs per week)
• Flexibility : ability to work a 5-day work week between the hours of 6:00-21:00 GMT from Monday - Sunday

Responsibilities

• Advise our customers - Premium Cardholders - on the phone, chat and by email in English and Arabic
• Design requests by telephone and email in professional English & Arabic of individual trips (flights, hotels, villas, rental cars, railways, round trips, package deals, cruises, private jets, yachts, transfers, and VIP service) for premium cardholders, considering all the needs of the customer
• Preparation of tailor-made offers and travel documents, preparation of travel programs, obtaining visas and administrative processing
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
• Active cross-selling of lifestyle services for travel enquiries
• Active cross-selling of lifestyle services for travel enquiries, promotions and exclusive events
• Conducting research and putting together proposals
• Maintaining up-to-date records for our members
• Representing TEN, telling the story and promoting our concierge value
• Building rapport with members

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of other languages skills is a benefit, but not a necessary requirement
• Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture
• A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
• Internet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be complete
