Requirements

• Have excellent language skills in professional English and Danish, in written and spoken (according to the CERF Framework C1-C2)
• Have 2+ years experience in leisure orientated sector of business, hospitality, retail, leisure, Customer service, concierge or call center
• Possess exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers and clients
• Have strong administration skills
• Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture
• Be service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values

• Be computer literate to a high level and proficient with all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Be located in the United Kingdom
• Have a secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
• Meet minimum internet speeds if you want to work remotely / in our hybrid model

• Work a 5-day work week between the hours of 06:00-23:00 GMT shift either Sunday to Thursday /or Tuesday to Saturday

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with a GDS system
• Have additional software or CRM tools experience
