Summary

Join Pavago as a dedicated Logistics Coordinator and ensure seamless backend operations for our client's shipments. Manage logistical aspects post-booking, track details, and communicate effectively. Assist with backend tasks, including documentation, data entry, and coordination with shipping partners. Liaise with sales personnel and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. Oversee the logistics process, track shipments, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records. Generate reports on operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• A non-negotiable 2-5 years proven experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and external partners
• Ability to proactively identify issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools, as well as standard office software (e.g., MS Excel)
