This remote position (6 PM to 3 AM IST) requires 1-3 years of experience in logistics or operations, preferably in international shipping. You will be responsible for shipment tracking and coordination, customs and documentation handling, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination with teams in Europe and the US. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics or operations, preferably in an international shipping environment
  • Working knowledge of courier platforms (FedEx, DHL, UPS) and international shipping procedures
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially for customs clearance and shipping delays
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written & spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and shipment tracking tools

Responsibilities

  • Shipment Tracking & Coordination
  • Monitor and track daily international and local shipments across Europe and the US
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with logistics partners and warehouses
  • Customs & Documentation
  • Handle and resolve customs-related issues for import/export shipments
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements
  • Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders when required
  • Vendor Management
  • Coordinate daily with logistics service providers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and others
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with courier partners to ensure service quality
  • Track service provider performance and flag delays or service issues
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Europe and US office teams to manage incoming supplier shipments
  • Align with internal teams (Operations, Customer Support, etc.) for shipping needs and exceptions handling
  • Assist in preparing reports and data related to shipments and logistics performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with customs clearance processes in the EU and US
  • Experience coordinating with global teams or remote offices
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Proactive and able to work independently under pressure
