Luxury Travel Consultant

Summary

The job is for a Luxury Travel Consultant at Ten Lifestyle Group in Oslo, Norway. The role involves designing individual trips for premium cardholders, preparing tailor-made offers and travel documents, active cross-selling of lifestyle services, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency, GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus), and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Excellent language skills in professional Norwegian and English
• Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency
• GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus)

Responsibilities

• Design requests by telephone and email in Norwegian and English of individual trips for premium cardholders
• Prepare tailor-made offers and travel documents, prepare travel programs, obtain visas and administrative processing
• Active cross-selling of lifestyle services for travel enquiries, promotions and exclusive events
