Join Peregrine Technologies as a Major Account Executive - Law Enforcement and build client relationships with strategic target accounts, closing new business, and expanding Peregrine’s footprint. You will assess, prioritize, plan, and sell into a geographic subset of major accounts, exceeding sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing high-value sales opportunities. Deliver senior-level presentations and demonstrations, overseeing the entire sales cycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer, understanding their technology roadmap to drive Peregrine’s solution. Contribute to identifying and developing GTM best practices and hold a peer-leadership role in the sales organization. This role involves ongoing account management to drive business expansion, focusing on large and complex law enforcement agencies across the Western United States.
Requirements
- 12+ years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space
- A track record of success in selling SaaS subscriptions into net new complex accounts, demonstrated by overachievement of quota and strong customer references
- Ability and comfort in negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers and supporting new customers through onboarding processes
- Familiarity with solution-based selling, experience managing a complex sales process
- Excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills
- Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Responsibilities
- Build client relationships with our most strategic target accounts
- Close new business and expand Peregrine’s footprint
- Prospect, qualify, manage, and close high-value and highly visible sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Deliver senior-level presentations and demonstrations highlighting Peregrine's advantages, features, and functions
- Oversee the entire sales cycle while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across deployment strategy, marketing, legal, and operations
- Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future technology roadmap to drive Peregrine’s solution
- Meaningfully contribute to identifying, developing, and documenting GTM best practices through collaboration with others
- Hold a crucial peer-leadership role in setting the pace and the tone across our sales organization
- Be involved in ongoing account management to drive the expansion of the business
- Assess, prioritize, plan, and sell into a geographic subset of our Major Accounts
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within data integration, analytics, and business intelligence in law enforcement / public safety
Benefits
Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 Annually + Sales Commission + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
