Summary

Join TeamDynamix as a Managed Services Consultant and become the primary technical advisor for our clients using the TeamDynamix integration platform. This remote role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships, leading service expansion initiatives, and translating client needs into effective solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer engagement and drive product adoption. The ideal candidate possesses a background in technical consultancy or a related field, strong communication skills, and a passion for client success. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related business field or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, solutions engineering, or solution architecture within SaaS environments; Experience in dedicated managed services a plus
  • Competent in identifying business needs and translating them into innovative service solutions, as well as in cultivating and maintaining trusted and respectful client relationships
  • A natural at building connections, both among people and in creating integrations
  • An adept communicator and storyteller capable of engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders
  • Proficient in project management, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Flexible and versatile, with the ability to shift between advisory, consultancy, and support roles as needed
  • Familiarity with enterprise technologies and business processes
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise integration solutions, APIs, and web services

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with TeamDynamix clients, becoming their primary advisor
  • Collaborate closely with our customer success and evangelist teams to enhance customer engagement, drive product adoption, and spot opportunities for service expansion, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Lead the charge in expanding service offerings by working with clients to devise strategic plans for extending service usage, and directly implementing these plans
  • Conduct quarterly strategy, brainstorming, and update sessions with clients to review progress and forecast roadmaps
  • Transform client ideas and brainstorms into delivered flows
  • Manage client projects, ensuring clear expectations and up to date reporting on progress

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of common programming languages like Java, JavaScript, and Python a plus
