Managed Services Consultant

Summary

Join Veeva Systems, a leading life sciences industry cloud company, as a Managed Services Consultant. This remote role focuses on providing ongoing consulting services to R&D Vault customers. You will help customers implement new features, configure Vault applications, and understand their requirements. Build strong customer relationships and act as a liaison between various teams. The position requires excellent communication, 5+ years of software implementation experience, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Veeva offers a flexible work environment.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• 5+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions
• Experience in working in customer-facing roles and managing customer expectations
• Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutions
• Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of multiple clients
• At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Help to keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva Vault suite
• Solutioning and configuration of Vault applications to meet customer needs, including but not limited to workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, notifications
• Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices
• Act as customer liaison, managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management experience
• Understanding of life science content management principles, types, and taxonomies
• Understanding of life science compliance requirements
