Summary
Join Veeva Systems, a leading life sciences industry cloud company, as a Managed Services Consultant. You will provide post-go-live application administration support for Veeva Commercial Cloud products to Latin American clients. This role requires excellent communication skills (Spanish and English), strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple client priorities. You will troubleshoot issues, consult on best practices, manage data, train users, and maintain system environments. Veeva offers flexibility with a Work Anywhere model, allowing you to work remotely or in the office in Mexico City. Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish, English)
- Strong desire to learn new things!
- Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutions
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to deal with competing customer priorities
- Ability to juggle and prioritize
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients
- Teamwork
- Ability to develop long-term relationships
- Advanced Excel Skill
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Work in office a few days in Mexico City
Responsibilities
- Provide post-go-live System Consulting and Administration supporting for multiple clients
- Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and how to's
- Consulting on best practices and overall solutions based on requirements
- Data imports and exports using APEX data loader
- Ad hoc training of end-users and administrators
- Analysis and deployment of new product features
- Maintenance of production and sandbox environments
- Adding/deleting/changing users, setting up security, changing territory and role hierarchy
- Performing alignments
- Creating reports, dashboards, and list views
- Interaction with Global Team in English
- Ongoing application changes such as adding custom fields, changing screen layouts, changing field level security, adding workflow rules, feature setup and activation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the CRM pharmaceutical industry
- Technical Salesforce experience
- Customer service or consulting experience with multiple client responsibilities
- Large database management experience
- SQL Skills
- Veeva CRM experience/knowledge
- Verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese
