Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in accounting or finance
- CPA certification
- Experience in partnership and/or fund accounting (2-5 years)
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Superior proficiency with MS Excel and QuickBooks Online
- Working knowledge of tools such as Bill.com, Brex, and Expensify

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable and receivable
- Receive and initiate payment of client invoices via bank website and/or online tools such as Bill.com or Brex
- Review and approve client expense reports with adherence to each companyโs unique expense policy
- Track, process, and reconcile all transactions in QuickBooks Online
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support team managers in meeting deadlines and providing relevant details to clients
