Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable and receivable
- Receive and initiate payment of client invoices via bank website and/or online tools such as Bill.com or Brex
- Review and approve client expense reports with adherence to each companyβs unique expense policy
- Track, process, and reconcile all transactions in QuickBooks Online
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support team managers in meeting deadlines and providing relevant details to clients
