Responsibilities

  • Act as a functional consultant, leveraging understanding of business coupled with subject matter expertise to support informed decision-making within the business teams to drive growth and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with business leaders to design aspirational career paths that foster meaningful conversations focused on learning, growth, and excellence at work
  • Design and deliver innovative learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs
  • Identify training needs through comprehensive assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through metrics and feedback mechanisms, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes
  • Define and implement a robust performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and improvement plans
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management best practices, offering coaching and development opportunities
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions
  • Promote a culture of continuous feedback and improvement through ongoing performance conversations and recognition programs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and HR policies and procedures
