Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective learning and development programs that drive employee engagement and performance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and talent management software
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work in a start up environment, think independently, and create scalable processes
Responsibilities
- Act as a functional consultant, leveraging understanding of business coupled with subject matter expertise to support informed decision-making within the business teams to drive growth and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with business leaders to design aspirational career paths that foster meaningful conversations focused on learning, growth, and excellence at work
- Design and deliver innovative learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs
- Identify training needs through comprehensive assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through metrics and feedback mechanisms, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes
- Define and implement a robust performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and improvement plans
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management best practices, offering coaching and development opportunities
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions
- Promote a culture of continuous feedback and improvement through ongoing performance conversations and recognition programs
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and HR policies and procedures
