Requirements

- Deep expertise in Workday HCM and its related modules
- Proficiency in system integration, data management, and reporting within HRIS applications
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Working knowledge of Culture Amp, Greenhouse, Tristar and Looker
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key HRIS applications resource, leading the design, architecture, implementation and deployment of new functionality ensuring it aligns with business objectives
- Lead all aspects of the configuration, customization, and deployment of Workday modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation (Advanced), Payroll, Time Tracking, Talent Management, and Absence)
- Drive the implementation of HRIS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications and systems, including but not limited to Workday, Culture Amp, Greenhouse and Tristar
- Continuously evaluate and optimize HRIS processes to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
- Develop and enforce best practices for application usage across the organization
- Work with Workday SMEs, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
- Collaborate with the People Team and other departments to align initiatives with organizational goals
- Architect and lead HRIS-related projects, including planning, execution, deployment and monitoring
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials
- Oversee data integrity, security, and compliance within the HRIS systems
