Summary

Join insightsoftware as an HRIS Manager and lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS systems, primarily Workday. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS management and HR operations, with 4+ specific experience in all of Workday HCM
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Recruiting systems)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven project management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS systems, with a strong focus on Workday
  • Create HRIS roadmap with input from HR stakeholders and collaborate with IT and internal HRIS team to ensure resources are in place to complete priorities
  • Ensure that processes are in place to ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy within HRIS
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Conduct regular audits and system upgrades to enhance functionality
  • Ensure that HR operational strategies and processes are optimized to be consistent across the globe while ensuring compliance with company policies and local legal requirements
  • Coordinate with payroll and other internal HR teams (HR BP, L&D, Talent Administration, Benefits and compensation) to ensure consistency and alignment with global HR strategies
  • Manage compliance reporting for government related items for affirmative action, EEO, Vets, reporting
  • Manage audit compliance for financial audits, customer audits, and technology audits
  • Lead team to generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders
  • Lead HR projects, including system implementations and process improvements
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Supervise and mentor HRIS and operations team members
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment that is accountable for defined goals
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members
