Summary

Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Workday HCM, including analytics, dashboards, and reporting
- Demonstrated experience with Advanced Compensation, including maintaining and running compensation cycles within Workday
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing complex reports and data visualizations within Workday
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while adapting effectively to fast-paced and rapidly evolving environments
- Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey technical issues to diverse audiences
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday analytics, dashboards, and reports to provide insights into key HR metrics
- Manage and execute compensation cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to enhance Workday HCM capabilities, including modules like Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and more
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Workday modules, ensuring seamless functionality
- Design and implement custom reporting solutions to meet business needs
- Serve as a Workday subject matter expert (SME) for Workday, providing support and guidance to stakeholders
- Stay current with Workday updates and releases, recommending best practices and new features
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at high-growth or scaling organizations
- Workday certifications in one or more modules (e.g., Reporting, Advanced Compensation)
- Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll
- Familiarity working with other HR systems including applicant tracking systems, survey tools, analytics software, etc
