We are seeking an outstanding HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) manager who has extensive experience with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and other HR related systems.

Requirements

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Deep expertise in Workday HCM and its related modules
  • Proficiency in system integration, data management, and reporting within HRIS applications
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Working knowledge of Culture Amp, Greenhouse, Tristar and Looker

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key HRIS applications resource, leading the design, architecture, implementation and deployment of new functionality ensuring it aligns with business objectives
  • Lead all aspects of the configuration, customization, and deployment of Workday modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation (Advanced), Payroll, Time Tracking, Talent Management, and Absence)
  • Drive the implementation of HRIS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications and systems, including but not limited to Workday, Culture Amp, Greenhouse and Tristar
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize HRIS processes to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
  • Develop and enforce best practices for application usage across the organization
  • Work with Workday SMEs, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
  • Collaborate with the People Team and other departments to align initiatives with organizational goals
  • Architect and lead HRIS-related projects, including planning, execution, deployment and monitoring
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials
  • Oversee data integrity, security, and compliance within the HRIS systems
