Remote Manager, Lifecycle Marketing

Summary

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B2C lifecycle, growth, or email marketing at a high growth startup
• Strong analytical skills, a sharp attention to detail, and experience running A/B tests to drive performance
• Comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast paced environments
• Creative, scrappy, and willing to wear many hats
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRMs (e.g. Customerio, Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end, multi-channel enrollment campaigns (e.g., e-mail, direct mail, SMS, paid media) developing efficiencies and automations that allow for personalization and improve performance
• Define, scope, and prioritize A/B tests to optimize enrollment funnel performance and improve retention
• Develop reports and dashboards in collaboration with the Data team to track and measure patient funnel and campaign performance to identify opportunities to increase enrollment rate, decrease time to conversion, and improve retention
• Manage marketing implementations for new launches including creating marketing materials and managing the approvals process with partners
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, Outreach, and Clinical teams to ensure we are delivering on contract requirements, the client’s needs, Pomelo’s ability to deliver care, and adjust our marketing campaigns and strategy accordingly
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
