Requirements

  • 2 - 4+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or GTM leadership at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • A builder’s mindset - you thrive in ambiguity and are energized by creating structure that scales
  • Proven success coaching and developing high-performing early-career sales talent
  • Data-obsessed: you love process, measurement, and knowing your numbers cold
  • Strong communicator and motivator - you lead with clarity and energy
  • Experience with tools like Outreach.io , Salesforce, Chorus, Notion, ZoomInfo, etc

Responsibilities

  • Build the Team: You’ll hire, coach, and lead a team of BDRs from the ground up - creating a high-performance culture that’s as hungry and mission-driven as you are
  • Drive Growth: Own pipeline generation strategy across outbound and inbound. You’ll obsess over quality pipeline, tight targeting, and creative outreach that actually converts
  • Develop Talent: Be the kind of leader people want to follow - mentoring early-career talent and building clear paths for growth and promotion
  • Scale What Works: Implement tools, systems, and workflows (like Outreach.io ) that make us smarter, faster, and more effective every day
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and RevOps to align on ICP, messaging, and campaign strategy
  • Own the Metrics: Set and track KPIs that matter - from activity to conversion rates to pipeline contribution - and use that data to keep leveling up
