Manager, Business Sales Development

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of high-performing Instacart Business Acquisition SDRs to achieve monthly targets
• Measure and track key business and industry trends
• Improve our sales process, collateral, and prospecting capabilities to make your team more effective and efficient
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve scalable processes to reach more business customers faster and more effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems like Salesforce and adept at conducting data analysis for pipeline building and segmentation
• Creative Problem Solving: Have a willingness to experiment with and test AI tools to develop new ways of working in efforts to streamline processes
• Startup Experience: Background in fast-paced, early staged, innovation-driven company settings where agile and responsive strategies are a norm.Track recording of excelling cross functionally and in a high growth climate
