Requirements

• 3+ years managing teams
• 6+ years in sales or account management, ideally selling software to professional services
• Experience driving revenue growth and proven ability to exceed targets and manage a diverse client portfolio
• Strong background in consultative sales and trust-based client relationships
• Client-focused with a passion for excellence
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with web technologies and selling SaaS solutions
• Knowledge of civil litigation processes is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Client Success Managers, focusing on performance and professional development
• Ensure client needs shape business decisions, implementing practices that align with client expectations and business goals
• Actively engage with clients, resolve issues, and foster loyalty through frequent outreach
• Identify gaps in product usage and develop strategies to drive revenue growth
• Hold your team accountable for meeting targets and key performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication
