Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment is highly preferred
  • Strong background in financial technology or enterprise-level tech companies
  • Strong experience with client success software such as Gainsight and Hubspot
  • Proven experience with deal-making, negotiations, and managing client relationships in a revenue-driven environment
  • Ability to solve complex problems and provide data-driven insights
  • Experience working with data analytics tools, CRMs, or client reporting systems
  • A growth mindset with a drive to advance in your career and adapt in a fast-growing company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our product
  • Proactively manage client relationships, enabling maximum adoption, minimizing risk, securing retention and identify areas for client growth
  • Understand clients’ business goals and generate tailored success plans to optimize client ROI
  • Lead negotiations and support the close of renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and act on cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to advocate for clients’ needs and provide feedback on product enhancements
  • Monitor and analyze client data to ensure optimal usage and additional product engagement of the platform and provide actionable insights
  • Solve complex business challenges by leveraging a deep understanding of both financial and technical systems
