Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of global HR operations, preferably the US and within several EMEA countries including Portugal
  • Experience in managing small teams with big impact
  • Building and scaling processes is no secret to you
  • You have very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English is a must: you will be collaborating with your manager and other leaders based in the US
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership skills: ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize accordingly
  • Excellent organization and problem solving skills with attention to detail and completeness
  • Ability to work independently & in a team environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively across an organization: you are a team player with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to protect confidential and proprietary information, setting professional boundaries as needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the PX Operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Set performance goals and objectives for the team, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage team workload to meet service delivery standards
  • Oversee the delivery of global HR services, including the candidate experience, new hire set-up and onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, employee records management, immigration and mobility, and general support to all HR domains
  • Ensure all HR transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in service delivery
  • Participate in cross-functional PX project
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within PX
  • Lead and manage HR projects aimed at enhancing service delivery, including the implementation of new HR technologies and systems
  • Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics and KPIs to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
