Summary

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in GTM operations roles in scaling B2B software companies ($10m ARR+)
• Strategic thinking: understand the big picture and develop long-term plans to help us get there
• Analytical skills: able to uncover insights from data and drive GTM decision-making and improvements
• Organized and results-oriented with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and remain focused on highest-impact initiatives
• Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring and leading people
• Background in consulting
• Education in Business/Finance: You have a higher education background in business administration, finance, or a related field
• Experience using our GTM tools (Pipedrive and/or Salesforce, Gong, Notion, n8n, Metabase)
• Technical skills: comfortable writing SQL queries and building workflows to automate processes
