Remote People Operations Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in managing HR functions
• Demonstrated experience in leading HR teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , fluent in English
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and regulations
• Must be proficient in math and able to assist in payroll and know Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor the HR team to ensure efficient and effective HR operations
• Develop and oversee the onboarding process for all internal and external contractors, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
• Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure the right talent is hired and retained
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Address and resolve team issues and conflicts, providing support and guidance as needed
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and internal policies
• Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans
• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance talent skills and performance
• Lead salary negotiations for new hires and current hires, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages
• Manage and support the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Assist in payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Oversee the logging and tracking of Paid Time Off (PTO) for all contractors
• Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management
