Summary

Join PENN Entertainment’s digital team as a Manager, Performance Marketing and lead data-driven acquisition and performance strategies across iCasino and Online Sports Betting brands. This high-impact role focuses on maximizing media efficiency, scaling acquisition efforts, and driving measurable business growth across regulated markets in the U.S. and Canada. You will develop strategies to segment and target new customers, run CPI and CPA user acquisition campaigns, define audience strategies, manage significant media spend, and provide thought leadership on user acquisition and conversion tactics. Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and analytics teams to drive user acquisition for PENN’s products. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, a focus on analytics or finance preferable
  • 5+ years of experience building and managing digital campaigns at scale and responsible for significant media budgets on social platforms
  • Experience with attribution platforms and MMPs (i.e. AppsFlyer, Branch, etc.)
  • Experience w/ mobile acquisition strategies and operational best practices, including custom audiences, lookalikes, etc
  • Understand how to build proper account and campaign structures to optimize performance for specific ad platforms
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally, working with designers and product teams
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to segment and target new customers across our 5 products
  • Responsible for running CPI and CPA user acquisition campaigns within all major social platforms
  • Define audience strategies and make and align creative with audiences to maximize impact
  • Manage significant media spend across acquisition channels
  • Provide thought leadership on best practice user acquisition and conversion tactics
  • Working closely with the Marketing and acquisition team, you’ll work hand in hand with creative, product and analytics to drive acquisition of users for Penn’s products
  • Other duties as required
