Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field
- 2-8 years of experience in management consulting, product marketing, or related fields, preferably with exposure to healthcare or technology sectors
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messaging and present ideas clearly
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a growth mindset
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer pain points to inform product positioning and messaging
- Craft compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks that highlight the unique benefits of our solutions to different customer segments
- Partner with Sales to create and deliver impactful tools and resources, such as pitch decks, battle cards, and product training materials, to drive revenue growth
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to refine product offerings and marketing strategies
- Track and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Consulting experience
- Data management experience within a healthcare setting
- Experience with Salesforce
- Advanced Excel skills
- Healthcare background
