Join CaptivateIQ as a Manager, Professional Services, overseeing a team of consultants implementing the ICM solution. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Technical Implementation within a SaaS or Enterprise Software environment
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, coaching and developing technical consulting teams
- Experience with data integration, configuration, or business process automation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external teams
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Professional Services Consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
- Provide coaching and career development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and performance
- Recruit and onboard top talent to support business growth
- Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality implementation of the ICM platform for clients
- Act as an escalation point for complex implementation challenges, working closely with consultants to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Establish and enforce best practices, methodologies, and standards to optimize service delivery
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring successful implementations
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize value from our SaaS platform
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for service delivery, team utilization, and customer satisfaction
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance implementation efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback on platform enhancements based on customer implementations
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), Sales Performance Management (SPM), or Financial/HR technology solutions
- Experience with ICM platforms such as Xactly, Varicent, or Anaplan
- Technical expertise in SQL, ETL, or scripting languages
- PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies, project management tools (JIRA, Asana, etc.), and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
