Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • Extensive experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
  • Proven track record of developing successful lead generation and sales optimization strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales metrics and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor others, driving performance and professional growth

Responsibilities

  • Establish a framework for success for retail agent acquisition
  • Fix/update Salesforce (we are both starting from scratch)
  • Understand Sales Cycle
  • Ensure incentives (including comp plans) are aligned with segment goals
  • Develop sales promotions as needed
  • Understand/teach product positioning
  • Stabilize marketing and ensure appropriate reporting
  • Develop best practices around onboarding agents in areas of greatest need
  • Define the needed reporting and KPIs to drive the right team behavior and results
  • Manage all reporting needs to the carrier partners
  • Develop a pricing program for all product offerings to drive growth
  • Understand the competitive landscape
  • Anticipating Agent Carrier adoption of AIC
  • Develop onboarding strategy for agents
  • Work closely with corporate carriers on marketing materials
  • Work with tech prod to ensure the program works as anticipated
  • Unify our messaging and product pitch
  • Understand/support the marketing needs of the broader AM team
  • Develop approach to conferences and trade shows
  • Utilize all B2B marketing and promotion methods to drive awareness of our retail agent offering as well as re-activation efforts
