Manager, Sales Development

Summary

Join Instacart's growing Local Independent Grocery (LIG) team as an SDR Manager! Lead and develop a high-performing team of Activation SDRs, exceeding monthly targets. Measure and track key business trends, improve sales processes, and partner with cross-functional teams for scalable growth. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has sales leadership experience in technology, SaaS, CPG, or eCommerce. Requirements

• History of exceeding sales goals/quota in a fast paced environment
• 3-5 years of experience in a sales management environment (both leading and scaling teams)
• History of developing early career professionals
• Creative problem-solver
• Process and data driven with proven sales funnel optimization success
• Demonstrated success implementing activity metrics and effectively coaching cold outreach

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of high-performing LIG Activation SDRs to achieve monthly targets
• Measure and track key business and industry trends
• Improve our sales process, collateral, and prospecting capabilities to make your team more effective and efficient
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve scalable processes to reach more retail partners faster
