Summary

Join Samsara as the Manager of GTM Sales Programs and lead core sales programs supporting the go-to-market (GTM) motion. You will own and operationalize key processes, enabling GTM leaders to execute effectively. Partner with sales, operations, and cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment on programs like quarterly planning, sales operating calendars, and QBRs. This highly visible role demands a strong bias for action, attention to detail, and experience leading cross-functional programs. The position is remote, open to US candidates (excluding specified locations), and relocation assistance is not provided. You will drive coordination of core GTM operational programs, partner with various teams, create standardized templates, track KPIs, mitigate risks, and establish a center of excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build program and project management infrastructure and operations
  • Demonstrated organizational leadership skills, including clear communication, the ability to influence without authority, and to foster collaborative environments
  • Strong communication skills , including written documentation, presentation design, and meeting management
  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional GTM programs end-to-end
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales motions, organizational design, and GTM planning processes

Responsibilities

  • Drive coordination of core GTM operational programs including: Quarterly planning – capacity, segmentation, quota distribution, territory alignment
  • Annual planning – strategic sales program design, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination
  • Sales operating calendar – ensure planning cadences, forecast reviews, QBRs, and key events are orchestrated effectively
  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) – structure content, drive execution, and ensure strategic insights and actions are captured
  • Sales Kickoffs & Key GTM Events – coordinate content creation / speaker management, and drive program execution
  • Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Finance, Enablement, and Product Marketing
  • Create standardized templates, best practices, and documentation for program repeatability and scale
  • Track and report on key program KPIs and execution milestones
  • Identify and mitigate risks to program execution, proactively solving roadblocks with stakeholders
  • Establish a center of excellence, bringing a continuous improvement mindset to all processes and programs
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
  • Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales programs, sales operations, GTM strategy, or business operations, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • PMP certification or equivalent professional certifications
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, project management tools (Jira, Confluence), and BI platforms
