Summary
The job is for a Solutions Engineering team leader at Included Health, responsible for leading, inspiring, and developing the team, improving technical solutions, and driving improvements across the organization. Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of Solutions Engineering leadership experience
- Desire to excel and a high bar by which you evaluate the performance of a team
- Ability to analyze data and identify business possibilities for better operational processes and business opportunities
- Proven track record in leading high performing engineering teams and working closely with stakeholders
- Experience building out programs and driving high impact projects and initiatives
- Established pattern of success managing remote teams
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience
Responsibilities
- People leader: inspire, lead, hire, and develop an inclusive, highly engaged, and high performing Solutions Engineering team
- Technical leader: coach, mentor, clearly articulate criteria that define high-quality solutions, design good processes that empower individuals and foster a culture of independence and enablement, and help the organization navigate technically complex problems to get to good, simple technical solutions
- Owner: model responsibility and accountability for the team and organization, and maintain a high bar for solution quality
- Connector: work cross-functionally to drive improvements and increase communication and collaboration across orgs
- Career Champion: develop and grow the teamβs skill-sets through coaching and mentoring
