Requirements
- A Thoughtful Leader: You have 5+ years of experience and 2+ years managing a team of direct reports
- A data-driven decision maker: You have expert-level Excel/Google Sheet modeling skills and have strong SQL skills. You ground your thinking in data, using metrics and analysis to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and guide operational decisions

Responsibilities
- Manage a Special Projects team of 2 Operations Associates
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from scoping to execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes
- Identify and solve strategic or operational problems that don’t clearly fall within a single team’s remit, often in ambiguous or fast-changing areas
- Design and implement scalable systems, workflows, or processes that improve efficiency, quality, or decision-making across the business
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions (e.g., Operations, Data, Strategic Partnerships, Payor Success, etc.) to understand needs, drive alignment, and support execution
Preferred Qualifications
A Problem Solver: You ideally have experience in management consulting and/or strategy and operations at a high-growth startup.You’re able to identify business challenges based on metrics and analyses, and you’re ready to recommend solutions to improve business processes
