Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, training operations, or business analytics
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, ideally experience in SQL and data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, or Redshift
  • Experience with LMS platforms (preferably Thought Industries), and webinar tools (e.g., GoTo Training)
  • Demonstrated experience managing people and cross-functional workflows
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver accurate professional and educational sales and customer data reporting
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) reporting and dashboards for internal stakeholders
  • Work with Altium Business Intelligence team to optimize internal reports across Salesforce, Domo, Snowflake, and Tableau
  • Design and distribute pre- and post-training surveys, collecting actionable feedback for continuous program improvement across team and sales representatives
  • Oversee daily operations related to training and education sales, customer engagement, surveys, and registration workflows
  • Implement new training course integration in Salesforce and business systems
  • Manage the Training Coordination Team (approximately 3 employees), ensuring efficient scheduling, quality delivery, and appropriate resource allocation
  • Maintain and enhance integrations between Salesforce, Thought Industries (LMS), GoTo Training, and Google Calendar to streamline training delivery
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and content teams to support customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Champion customer service excellence across all training touchpoints
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality learner and customer experience in both public and private training environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a global or multi-regional training or education organization
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS environments and professional development training programs
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Domo) and CRM workflow optimization
