Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client contacts ranging from entry level to VP, ensuring exceptional service delivery and alignment with stakeholder expectations across multiple teams/projects within the same organization
• Maintain regular and transparent communication on project work streams, master roadmap, and collaboration efforts between Human Agency and its clients
• Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategies that align with clients' business goals
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, from vendor selection to deployment and integration
• Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and ethical guidelines
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of AI solutions, driving continuous improvement
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure clients can effectively utilize AI technologies
• Effectively communicate our work, technology trends and how to use, and manage and develop web and email technology products that support client retention and acquisition
• Constantly seek to make the work done in the organization more efficient, through process improvement and the adoption of great technologies, in an effort to expand our AI consultancy
