Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong business relationships within the KKR/GA organization as well as with national account firms, third party organizations and strategic independent accounts
• Direct and manage active sales accounts to ensure they are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy
• Provide vision and leadership to the Preneed sales organization
• Develop the overall Preneed sales strategy and processes that drive revenue growth while accomplishing company financial objectives
• Sets Preneed initiatives, sales targets, and variable incentive compensation plans
• Uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance
• Creates capabilities to effectively analyze the business environment, identify and understand competitors and retain and expand the customer base
• Identify market needs and innovate new products
• Build effective sales teams with recruiting, mentoring and development programs
• Lead or participate in negotiating strategic or high value sales agreements
• Executes multiple high impact initiatives to achieve overall corporate goals
• Develop relationships with vendors and clients to cultivate existing business relationships and identify new ones

Benefits

• Base salary range: $149,000 - $284,500 USD
