Summary
Join Dynatron Software as a Market President and contribute to the company's success in the automotive service industry. This fully remote role, covering VA, MD, DE, and nationwide, focuses on achieving sales targets through direct sales, upselling, national group sales, and channel partners. You will direct sales policies and practices, recommend sales strategies, implement distribution strategies, and manage multiple channel selling strategies. The position requires significant fixed-ops experience and at least 5 years in automotive service departments. Requirements
- Significant fixed-ops experience and preferably a background selling fixed operations solutions
- Minimum 5 yearsβ experience in the automotive service department
Responsibilities
- Direct implementation and execution of sales policies and practices
- Ensure communications are coordinated, support sales plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with VP of marketing
- Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
- Implement approved distribution strategies
- Manage multiple channel selling strategies
- Build, develop and manage sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives
- Communicate regularly with all levels of account managers for updates on their activities
- Disseminate information to the field ensuring all product knowledge, initiatives and trends are up to date
- Develop and nurture strong customer contacts and positive, proactive relationships with retail managers and representatives ensuring open streams of communication
- Travel in market average 3 days a week
- Walk into 10+ dealers a day generating new opportunities
- Complete an average of 2 held/completed meetings a day
- Office days consist of 50 + phone calls and 25+ email sent out each day
- Sugar CRM to document and update sales funnel
- Dynaquote entry to produce proforma/ investment figures to close new accounts
- Send DocuSign out to ALL completed/held meeting decision makers
