Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing and PR, preferably at a health system

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems
  • Ability to work independently, think entrepreneurially, and execute across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with press release writing, media pitching, and event coordination

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling newsletters, whitepapers, and blogs tailored for email marketing, blog posts, and PR distribution
  • Develop video and print content that showcases real-life success stories and testimonials
  • Produce explainer videos, infographics, and guides on the benefits of RPM to educate providers and patients
  • Celebrate nurses, providers, and care coaches to foster emotional connections and build trust
  • Craft and distribute press releases for newsworthy milestones like partnerships, clinical outcomes, and platform updates
  • Build and maintain a media list and regularly pitch compelling patient stories, healthcare trends, and internal data to healthcare reporters, journalists, and bloggers
  • Identify opportunities to exhibit, secure speaking engagements, and pursue award nominations
  • Collaborate with health systems, advocacy organizations, and local health fairs to develop joint campaigns
  • Plan and execute educational events featuring industry leaders to position the company as a thought leader
