Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing support role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Familiarity with sales CRMs, particularly HubSpot, and the ability to train others on its use
- Enjoys the creative aspects of marketing, with a passion for developing engaging content and contributing to innovative marketing strategies
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to learn and grow within the role
- Knowledge of private K12 schools or the education sector is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Keep track of all marketing and sales activities, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and everything is completed in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates on project status, ensuring everyone is informed and confident that deadlines will be met
- Understand and contribute to the daily flow of marketing work and needs, providing support to the marketing team as required and sales team as needed
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve marketing initiatives and campaigns, working closely with the team to achieve marketing objectives
- Support the sales and marketing team in effectively using HubSpot (our CRM), including training team members on new features and functionalities
- Build and update HubSpot dashboard reports to provide clear and actionable insights for the sales and marketing teams
- Maintain the integrity of the marketing database, ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively utilized for marketing and sales activities
