Requirements

  • Experience working in social media platforms for brands
  • Fluent in English, with excellent copywriting skills

  • Utilize review management software, Gather Up, to document, track, and reply to reviews
  • Support social media manager by posting and developing content for social media channels
  • Work closely with customer care to provide quick resolution to customer complaints from online channels per our review management process
  • Maintain an upbeat and healthy online community experience for the JBR brand
  • Complete weekly reporting templates to showcase review statuses and performance
  • Provide support on additional marketing initiatives and projects that align with and enhance the efforts of the content and digital teams
