Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a marketing admin role or similar
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM
- Strong project management skills with the ability to track and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Efficient management of email inbox and calendar with minimal missed communications
- Consistent and effective outreach to leads contributing to pipeline growth
- Projects and marketing tasks tracked and completed on time
- Smooth coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Active and engaging social media presence supported through timely content posting
- Creative assets and edits completed accurately and on schedule
Responsibilities
- Keep the inbox up-to-date and organized to ensure timely responses and effective communication
- Manage the calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently
- Conduct warm and cold outbound outreach to potential leads via email and phone
- Utilize Zoho CRM for lead tracking and communication management (Zoho proficiency preferred)
- Track marketing deliverables, tasks, and due dates to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Coordinate with stakeholders including communication managers, designers, and other team members through clear and timely email communication
- Provide general administrative assistance to support marketing operations and logistics as needed
- Assist with posting and managing content across social media platforms to maintain active online presence
- Support graphic design editing and content creation using tools such as Canva (preferred but not required)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in social media management and basic graphic design/editing is a plus
