Summary

The job is for a Marketing Assistant in the Avanquest Strategic Sales & Marketing division of PlanetArt. The assistant will support offer development for various clients, maintain production schedules, organize department drives, create product sell sheets, and keep product catalogs updated. The role requires 1-2 years of work experience, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, working knowledge of Google Drive and MS Office, interest in consumer products, and a college degree and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge are preferred.

Requirements

• 1-2 years work-related experience
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Google Drive and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Maintain production schedule/calendar file
• Organize and keep department drives up to date
• Quality assure work-product deliverables and websites
• Create product sell sheets and flyers with approved content and a high degree of quality
• Keep product catalogs and account files accurate and up to date
• Distribute files to internal stakeholders

• Enjoy working as a team and in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Project organization skills
• College Degree and Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge a plus
