Marketing Assistant

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in a marketing/related field with major or significant coursework in Art, Graphic preferred
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be organized with attention to detail
• Have the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Be able to self-manage work from start to finish
• Have the ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
• Have at least one year of related work experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing leadership and internal stakeholders to understand project assignment, audience, and intended message
• Create mockups and support with sales presentation decks
• Maintain demo ad sample library, setting up and testing carting links
• Conduct weekly tests to active demo websites to make sure everything is working as it should
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to carting
• Revise projects as necessary based on collaborative feedback process
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Have animation/video editing experience
• Have a background in Design, or related disciplines
