Marketing Assistant

Summary

Join Moxie Partners, Inc., a rapidly growing company empowering nurse-entrepreneurs, as a Marketing Assistant. You will support the launch of new MedSpas by creating and updating websites using Squarespace, performing quality checks, addressing client queries, and implementing basic SEO strategies. This role requires experience with graphic design, Squarespace, and SEO, along with strong written and verbal English skills and the ability to work US hours. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Google My Business, healthcare/beauty/wellness businesses, and project management tools. Moxie fosters a supportive and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• Experience working with graphic design through Canva
• Experience with Squarespace (and its equivalents)
• Experience with SEO
• Have experience working with US customers in a similar role (e.g., marketing assistant, digital marketer)
• Are willing to work US hours (ranging from EST to PST)
• Boast strong written and verbal English skills
• Exhibit high attention to detail and reliability
• Can execute tasks efficiently and effectively
• Reliable internet connection (>50mbps)
• Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Create and update websites using Squarespace
• Do quality checks and edits of newly built websites
• Address basic queries (e.g., about the services, promotions, etc.)
• Create new website templates for a wider selection of designs
• Research current design trends to keep the team updated with industry best practices on website building
• Implement basic SEO strategies based on customer needs
• Escalate complex inquiries to your manager
• Execute basic administrative tasks (e.g. data entry, folder update, updating tags)

Preferred Qualifications

• You have experience with Google My Business
• You have previously worked in a healthcare/beauty/wellness business
• You have experience with project management tools like Asana or Trello
