Summary

Join ShopBack, a leading cashback platform, and embark on an exciting journey in social media marketing. Craft compelling content for various platforms, including Instagram, Threads, YouTube, and TikTok. Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns. Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key opinion consumers (KOCs) to expand brand reach. Analyze performance data to enhance campaign effectiveness and share actionable insights with the team. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of marketing experience
• Strong Communication: Ability to coordinate effectively with various teams and external partners
• Creative & Analytical: Skilled in content creation with basic data analysis knowledge
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Excellent multitasking and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling content and manage our social media presence, including IG, Threads, YouTube, TikTok
• Plan, shoot, and edit videos; optimize using performance data to boost brand awareness and acquire new users
• Collaborate with KOLs/KOCs to enhance brand exposure and attract new users
• Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and share actionable insights
• Work closely with partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders, agency to ensure seamless campaign execution
